Richmond and Zetland Harriers
AFTER LAST WEEK'S exploits it was a slightly quieter few days for Richmond's Harriers but not by much! They were to be found at Parliament Hill, London, Richmond, Ibiza, Scarborough and Osmotherley.

Rachel Ross Russell took on the Osmotherley ultra marathon, run up and down over 29 very scenic miles in the heart of North Yorkshire. It apparently was a joy to do and Rachel obviously did, as she finished as the 1st lady (05:09).

Tom O’Mahoney ran the 2.5km over in Scarborough and had another great run finishing 4th (9:14). Rob Lickley took on the longer 10km race held at the same venue and running well in 174th (43:35). At Parliament Hill in London, Ryan Canizo was running in the London Universities Colleges and Athletics cross country league, representing the University of Reading and had a decent first outing in 118th (42:23). Phoebe Haw also was running cross country in the festival at Richmond school and produced another great performance to finish in 2nd in the year 6 girls.
Ibiza was the setting for the European Duathlon Championships, which consists of biking and running and Sam Kettlewell stormed to a fantastic finish in 11th in the U17 age group.
Leon Reeve was the club's first finisher at Darlington parkrun in a very good 3rd (18:39, pb), Joe Reeve was 17th (20:19), and Kimberley Reeve was 57th and the 5th lady (22:17).

At Albert park parkrun Ken Harker was 11th (18:40) and Charlotte Wilton was the 2nd lady (20:55). Rob Scott ran Harrogate parkrun for the first time and was the 1st finisher (16:22) and Elly Robertson in her 1st outing as a new member was the 16th lady (25:37).

Ian Hepworth had a run out at Penrhyn parkrun finishing in 56th (26:26). Josh Lincoln was the 1st finisher at Hartlepool parkrun (17:00). Ian Christon was the 2nd finisher at Northallerton parkrun (19:00) and Alastair Wilkin was 18th (22:45).

At Northallerton junior parkrun James Wilkin was 4th (08:44), Charlotte Jackson-Bowers in 29th (11:10, 5th girl) and Kiki Fletcher was in 31st and the 6th girl (11:11).
