Please see below for the North of England Senior Track & Field League (Division 3E)
Sunday 19th May – Churchill Playing Fields, Whitley Bay
Sunday 16th June – Churchill Playing Fields, Whitley Bay
Sunday 14th July –Middlesbrough Sports Village
Saturday 10th August – Tynedale Athletics park, Hexham

Can anyone interested in competing in the league (Men & Women), please let Ken have your names so he can update the Website with your details, which are required before you can compete.
As usual, we also need officials please, so once again, if you're interested in officiating, please forward your details to Ken.
The costs for numbers are £7 for Seniors and £5 for Juniors and Guests. Please remember to keep your number for all 4 meetings.
Senior athletes may compete in a maximum of 7 events
U20 athletes may only compete in a maximum of 5 events.
An under 17 athlete can only compete in a maximum of 4 events and if doing so, one must be a relay. In addition U17 men shall not be allowed to compete in the 3000m steeplechase, 5000m, 110m hurdles, hammer, discus & Shot.
