The DT30 takes in some of the most picturesque views in the Dales, it’s a pity that a few had to run up to them! Ronnie Finished 3rd (19:57) and Lucy finished in 19th place and the 3rd lady runner (23:20). Shona Fletcher turned parkrun tourist this week and ran at the Ashton Court parkrun in Bristol. She finished in a very credible 23rd on what wouldn’t be described as a flat course and the 4th woman, beaten by the 3 times World Ironman ladies champion – Chrissie Wellington and 2012 GB Olympian marathon runner – Claire Hallisey!
Rumours that Mark Fletcher has taken to training in Iceland due to the heat are untrue, it actually is the back of a refrigerated lorry from Iceland!
