A bit closer to home in Leeds, the annual Abbey dash 10k race had a large contingent from the club racing in what is a very good course for the setting of new pb’s. Liam Rabjohn was 317th (36:08), Greg MacDonald was 329th (36:06), Lee Davies fresh from a pb last week at Wistow went and ripped up last weeks time even before the ink was dry, to finish in 363rd and another massive pb (36:32, pb). Kyle Rabjohn took on the junior dash at the same venue but a slightly shorter course and again showed his class in these large fields to finish an incredible 2nd overall (05:50) and sister Ellie having another great run in 122nd (08:51) to make it a great family performance.
