Autumn/Winter Training 28/9/18

Please note that from next Tuesday (2nd October) we will be moving into our Autumn/Winter schedule and training will be at Risedale School, at the usual time of 6-7pm. Thursdays remain at the track as normal. The post code for the school is DL9 4BD for all new members.
For anyone who has not attended the sessions at Risedale School before, please meet in the sports hall (up the steps at the end of the car park where you first drive in). Seniors are often out on the roads and juniors may be in the sports hall or outside, depending on the conditions and numbers of groups etc.
Please remember, that everyone should have hi-vis vests or jackets when running outside during the dark evenings, so bring these with you (seniors included)PLEASE NOTE that also attached is the Training Schedule for Fiona's group..
Please note that this will be flexible depending on coaches/helpers available at each session and also the weather, as we approach the Autumn/Winter season.
